Lot Evaluation/Acquisition

​We use our wonderful real estate marketing experience to help you find the perfect lot. We help ensure the site is ideal for all your building needs. We will help to evaluate the home site by confirming your desired home is feasible on a particular lot—from bringing in consultants to reviewing each juridictions restrictions, topography, and utility services, city and homeowner association restrictions, and much more!

Home Design

 Our in-house design team will begin focusing on creating the exact home you had in mind. The systems and resources our company has allows us to build more confidently. We have spent time building strong working relationships with the area’s premier architects and interior designers, so whether you work with our design team or bring your own plans, we will collaborate with you to create a custom home that fits within all of your desired function, design, and cost parameters.

Interior Design Development

We believe paying attention to the small detail is what really separates an extraordinary new home from an ordinary new home. Our design team will utilize our comprehensive interior design and estimating program, which will catalog every component of the project—from plumbing fixtures, cabinets, appliances, finish carpentry, paint colors, and more to keep your project moving on schedule and within your allowance budget.

Budget & Scheduling Development

Your Highpointe Design + Build team will obtain all subcontractor and vendor bids based on your approved plans and interior design requirements to confirm that you stay within your home budget. Once your permit has been issued, you will receive a Selection Schedule which will help keep construction on track and is less overwhelming on our clients.

Project Management

. Once things are underway, our construction management team will use our specialized residential construction software to track all aspects of the construction of your home. You will be able to monitor daily progress as well as have a detailed view of the entire schedule throughout your construction. Our design team will track all of your selections and provide detailed monthly billings. Our finance team will coordinate draws, insurance and lien releases for your home

Superior Quality Construction

Construction will be overseen by your construction management team, who will be on site daily to ensure all work is done to the proper interior design. We handle all aspects of construction, from serving as the point of contact for all subcontractors, consultants, vendors and city inspectors, to resolving issues as they may arise. We use the highest quality building materials and techniques in the construction of all of our homes. While we go to great lengths during the design process to incorporate all your desires to minimize the need for change orders, we recognize this is a custom home and new ideas may come mid-construction. Our team will help facilitate these changes as well..

On-Site Check Ins

Because Highpointe Design + Build believes that the best way to mitigate any issues is by being proactive in addressing them, your construction manager and design team will do walk throughs during each phase of construction. By making sure everything is going according to plan and our clients expectations, we are able to maintain a positive client relationship during the entire build process.

Home Completion 

Our in-depth close-out process includes a full inspection by the entire Highpointe Design + Build construction management team. Upon move-in, you will receive a comprehensive closing package (electronic and hard copy) with copies of your manuals, warranty and maintenance info, as well as photographic documentation of your new home.

On Going Care

Your relationship with Highpointe Design + Build will not stop at move-in. You’ll enjoy our full-coverage warranty during the first year, a two-year electrical and mechanical warranty, followed by a ten-year structural warranty for years two through ten—plus the option to participate in many of our vendors long term maintenance service agreements for items like paint, HVAC, appliances, etc
